1lb Haggis

Our own recipe haggis. Developed over the years, many people have told us it's the best Haggis they have ever eaten. Not just for Burns' Night! 

Served with neeps and tatties (turnip and mashed potatoes. As an extra treat, get a frying pan really hot sprinkle some coarsely ground black pepper, add some double cream and a shot of whisky, allow to thicken and pour over the haggis.
