Tarelgin Smoked Salmon
We supply a large range of hot smoked salmon and cold smoked salmon. Our salmon comes from the north west of Scotland and is cured using kosher sea salt then smoked using the sawdust from oak whisky barrels.
From our farm butchery we supply a range of quality meat products, our beef is well hung and tender. We have an extensive range of lamb, mutton and pork products. Our sliced sausage, black pudding and Haggis is an expatriate Scotsman's dream - try our Scottish Survival pack for a true taste of home!
